the breakfast selection was good. I found a nice, big family room. the location provides easy access using uber.
the gym equipment needs maintenance and i found SOME of it very loud to use.

clean room functional design luxurious bedding helpful staff
the room was clean. i appreciated the functional design, it really maximized the space. the bedding felt luxurious (the high thread count made a noticeable difference). the staff were very helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the decor felt a little dark given the room's size.

the hotel is located a convenient distance from the city center. a walk to the main attractions is easily manageable. the surrounding neighborhood felt safe and well-lit even in the evening.

Really good Service and Central Location
helpful staff central location excellent breakfast
I found the staff helpful. They were always available to assist with any inquiries. The hotel's location is central. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices each morning. I had complimentary bottled water and chocolate replenished each night.
The room heating did not work properly . The temperature in my room dropped significantly, causing some discomfort. I hope this can be addressed .

inconsistent buffet replenishment unreliable internet
My stay began promisingly, yet some issues arose. The breakfast buffet, though varied, suffered from inconsistent replenishment. Several items were frequently empty. The advertised high-speed internet was spotty at best. I found it difficult to maintain a stable connection for even basic tasks. Staff response to my complaints about the internet was polite but ultimately ineffective. The problem persisted throughout my stay. This lack of reliable internet was a significant inconvenience.

really good stay , beyond expectations!
room upgrade customer service
the staff were super awesome! we got early access to our room and a complimentary upgrade. the room was lovely , really worth every penny! we also had a late flight, and they gave us a free late check-out. this is really the best customer service i've ever experienced.
while the overall experience was great, the fitness equipment needs better maintenance , some machines were quite loud and difficult to use.
